Autoliv is looking for an Advanced Process Engineering Technician to join their Hefei Steering Wheels team. This role involves adjusting production processes, supporting new product trials, creating process documentation, and managing production equipment. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining mold archives and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsible for adjusting product production processes and supporting the resolution of on-site process issues.
Assist process engineers in trial production of new products and provide accurate and truthful reports.
Develop production process documents and participate in the formulation of new product process parameters.
Participate in the formulation of technical specifications for production equipment, as well as its introduction, acceptance, and management (including daily inspection and maintenance).
Complete other tasks assigned by the process engineer.
Develop production cycle times.
Maintain mold archives.
Continuous improvement.

Requirements

Familiar with product production process adjustment and troubleshooting.
Ability to assist in new product trial production and report generation.
Experience in developing production process documents and parameters.
Knowledge of production equipment technical specifications and management.
Experience with mold archive maintenance.
Commitment to continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications

Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Experience in Autoliv Hefei Steering Wheels – CNHF facility.
Experience in Manufacture.
