HCLTech is seeking an Administrator for Support & Operations in Chennai, India. This role involves managing identity and access solutions, including Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring service level agreements are met, and participating in project implementation. Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day aspects of level 2 Support and related services.
  • Handle tickets within Service Levels and maintain resolution quality.
  • Serve as a technical expert for application and enterprise platform implementation in authentication and identity lifecycle.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Manage standards for identity management application integration, middleware interfaces, and architecture.
  • Lead the collection of business requirements and development of IAM solutions.
  • Coordinate communications with internal and external teams.
  • Participate in business process evaluation, requirements gathering, system analysis, design, and implementation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in using methods and identification tools for risks and security threats.
  • Experience giving effective advice in large-scale technology projects at all levels.
  • Strong technical skills to implement IAM Security services.
  • Hands-on experience managing identity and access on-premise with Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience managing identity and access in Microsoft Cloud – Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with Secure Hybrid environments (AD Connect and authentication).
  • Experience with Azure AD Self-service password reset and Azure AD access reviews.
  • Experience with Azure AD App Registration and Azure AD Directory roles.
  • Experience with Authentication Methods (sign-on security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), device sign-on methods, Azure Seamless SSO, ADFS, ADFS Proxy, PHS and PTA).
  • Experience with Azure AD Conditional Access (Compliance and conditional access policies, device compliance policy, conditional access policy).
  • Experience with Role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Experience with Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Experience with Azure AD Identity Protection (User risk policy and sign-in risk policy).
  • Experience with Azure ATP (Plan and implementation threat protection).
  • Advanced knowledge designing, supporting, and upgrading Active Directory environments (Authentication, Authorization, Group Policy Objects, LDAP, PKI, DNS, ADFS, MIM/PAM, LAPS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Red Forest (Enhanced Security Administrative Environment).
  • Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management.
  • Knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, JSON, SPML, SCIM, XACML integration standards.
  • Understanding of REST and SOA fundamentals and design.
  • Fluent English (Level C2 as per CEFR).
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud certified.
  • SC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator certified.
  • Azure related certification.
  • On-call Escalation capability.
  • Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements.
  • Process adherence & Security compliance.
  • KB preparation and review, Knowledge sharing & documentation.
  • Root cause analysis / Problem Management.
  • Good written and communication skills.
