Responsibilities

Update and manage knowledge bases, conduct training sessions for new hires, and coach analysts.
Ensure a positive customer experience by achieving first call resolution metrics and minimizing case reopens.
Monitor and maintain the performance of Azure Iaas environments, implementing best practices and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

Proficient in Iaas on Azure and IaC using Terraform.
Strong understanding of Azure Kubernetes and Windows Azure PaaS.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
Ability to analyze issues and implement effective resolutions independently.
