The Support Operations Administrator ensures seamless operations and customer service within the Support & Operations team. This role involves independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and performing root cause analysis using EMC PowerMax and PowerStore technologies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and solutions using EMC PowerMax and EMC PowerStore technologies to resolve escalated issues.
Conduct root cause analysis of incidents to identify and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to knowledge management by updating the knowledge base and conducting training sessions.
Independently manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs for ticket volume and resolution time.
Enhance customer experience by striving for first call resolution and maintaining high CSAT scores.

Requirements

Proficiency in EMC PowerMax and EMC PowerStore technologies.
Strong understanding of NetApp Block Storage Solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

EMC Proven Professional Certification is recommended but not mandatory.
ITIL Foundation Certification is optional but valuable.
