Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of UK Sellers to drive performance and revenue growth.
- Analyze seller data to provide actionable recommendations for business expansion.
- Drive SOP improvements and process optimization initiatives.
- Identify and solve seller frictions programmatically.
- Drive automations initiatives to improve productivity.
- Guide sellers through Amazon's programs and features to maximize their potential.
- Document seller interactions and maintain accurate records of account activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve seller inquiries and escalations.
- Support sellers in implementing best practices for operational excellence.
- Identify growth opportunities within the seller portfolio through data-driven outreach.
- Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and supporting process improvements.
- Connect with English-speaking sellers, analyze performance metrics, and provide consultative support.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, work on process improvements, and collaborate on seller success strategies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for your portfolio of sellers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Desired Qualifications
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
