Responsibilities

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
Support HR reporting and administrative processes.
Provide first-level technical support to employees.
Assist with hardware and software deployment activities.
Support system testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Help maintain IT inventories and user records.
Assist with digital transformation and technology projects.
Support invoice processing and financial administration activities.
Assist with financial reporting and data analysis.
Help maintain financial records and documentation.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation activities.
Contribute to finance-related projects and business reviews.

Requirements

UAE National with a Family Book.
Currently enrolled in a university program or a recent graduate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

Degree preference in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
