Responsibilities
- Drive World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses.
- Develop and improve digital solutions for loss identification and analysis.
- Engage in WCM governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop training plans and procedures, and support training compliance.
- Support WCM and Education & Training (E&T) projects and activities.
- Participate in Kaizen activities and cross-functional improvement projects.
Requirements
- Suggested majors: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Information Systems.
- Interest in continuous improvement methodologies and project management.
- Resume in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally some manufacturing experience.
- Sustainability knowledge is a plus.
