As a Working Student in Planning, Analysis & Resource Management Offshore, you will support the offshore wind project delivery organization in workforce planning, analytics, and digital innovation using tools like Power BI. Responsibilities

  • Support workforce planning and resource management processes through data preparation, analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting solutions, dashboards and management information.
  • Support the continuous improvement of resource management tools and business processes.
  • Contribute to data quality reviews and help ensure the reliability of planning and reporting data.
  • Assist with digitalization, automation and AI-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries.
  • Help transform data into meaningful insights that support decision-making and long-term planning.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during non-lecture periods.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
  • Enjoys working with data, identifying patterns and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrates a careful approach to data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Interest in digital tools, automation and process improvement.
  • Interest in AI-supported tools and new ways of working.
  • Communicates effectively with different stakeholders and enjoys working together in an international environment.
  • Organizes tasks in a structured and reliable way.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools is considered an advantage.
