Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning and resource management processes through data preparation, analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting solutions, dashboards and management information.
- Support the continuous improvement of resource management tools and business processes.
- Contribute to data quality reviews and help ensure the reliability of planning and reporting data.
- Assist with digitalization, automation and AI-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries.
- Help transform data into meaningful insights that support decision-making and long-term planning.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Available to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during non-lecture periods.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
- Enjoys working with data, identifying patterns and supporting informed decision-making.
- Demonstrates a careful approach to data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Interest in digital tools, automation and process improvement.
- Interest in AI-supported tools and new ways of working.
- Communicates effectively with different stakeholders and enjoys working together in an international environment.
- Organizes tasks in a structured and reliable way.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools is considered an advantage.
