Responsibilities
- Prepare and assure administrative activities for end-to-end flow from goods arrival to departure.
- Drive inventory controls, identify deviations, and implement actions to eradicate root causes.
- Manage the scrapping process, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and legal aspects.
- Secure accurate documentation and system administration for loading/unloading, receiving, issuing, location, storing, and picking.
- Manage third parties such as external warehouses, waste handling, and material handling equipment.
- Drive OFCE compliance: Processes, Tools, Guidelines, Policy, and Governance.
- Ensure warehouse systems consistency and accuracy.
- Drive loss analyses within logistics internally and externally.
- Implement activities related to local regulations, such as OEA.
- Coordinate Warehouse Operators in daily activities and performance.
- Evaluate use of technologies to improve logistics (safety and productivity).
- Work closely and communicate well with stakeholders.
- Support the main markets in the Americas region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience as a Leader (direct or indirect).
- Experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Intermediate level using Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Great analytical skills and organized work style.
- Results oriented and proactive mindset.
- High team work orientation.
- High proficiency in English.
Desired Qualifications
- SAP R3 management experience is a plus.
- Spanish is a plus.
