Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee second shift warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipment performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics and resolve operational issues.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance.
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams to support business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and Lean initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proven people leadership skills with a strong track record of team building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in reducing costs, improving processes, leading change initiatives, and continuously improving operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including load planning, routing, and shipment optimization.
