IKEA is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Perryville, Maryland, to manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and storing of goods. Responsibilities

Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and storing of goods.
Contribute ideas to action plan goals in daily work.
Effectively unload and handle inbound/outbound goods.
Secure merchandise for safe movement within the distribution center.
Analyze workload and secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs.
Remove and document all damages found or caused on inbound/outbound merchandise.
Assume responsibility for other assigned tasks and projects.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.

Desired Qualifications

Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
