Responsibilities

  • Support inventory management reporting by collecting, organizing, and analyzing logistics data.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives across logistics functions, including updating documentation and standardizing processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies, and reduce waste.
  • Perform data analysis to support planning and logistics teams in identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly operational and inventory reports.
  • Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members across the logistics department on cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support inventory control, supply chain performance, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Present project findings, recommendations, and key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Logistics and Transportation, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Entering your final two (2) years of university or college.
  • Available to work full-time throughout the summer period.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and some SAP is ideal.
