The Transportation Specialist will work in the Network Operations Center (NOC) to manage transportation execution, resolve exceptions, and analyze network data for Amazon's supply chain. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive process improvements and ensure timely delivery of freight.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business and operations teams to solve customer escalations.
  • Analyze historic results and initiate programs in a rapidly growing and complex environment.
  • Drive improvements to visibility tools, methods, and processes.
  • Increase the availability and granularity of actionable data.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and proactively initiate SOPs and process changes.
  • Communicate with internal customers (CS, MM, LM, FC, Trans Program, HR).
  • Present complex information clearly and concisely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics).
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience with SQL.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
