Responsibilities
- Facilitate flow of information between stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses).
- Resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
- Manage Inbound Operations (Vendor/Carrier/FC relationship, on-time pick-up and delivery).
- Manage Outbound Operations (FC/Carrier/Carrier Hub relationship, delivery of customer orders).
- Research and query internal tools to provide timely issue resolution.
- Analyze data, notice trends, and drive Customer Experience.
- Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
- Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis using data from databases.
- Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results.
- Scope business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
- Quickly understand business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Systematically escalate problems or variances to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
- Create narratives outlining weekly findings and variances, and present them in a review forum.
- Provide real-time customer experience in a 24x7 operating environment.
Requirements
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
- Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments.
- 10+ 2 degree.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing efforts, transportation and logistics, or fulfillment and distribution centers.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
