- Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses).
- Resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
- Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound) and freight leaving FC to customer premises (Outbound).
- Research and query internal tools to provide timely resolution.
- Communicate findings and variances to goals in a review forum.
- Ideate and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12-24 months of work experience
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of Logistics
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form
