Responsibilities
- Guide users and stakeholders through change by driving adoption of new technologies, IT services, and ways of working.
- Design and deliver impactful learning experiences, training sessions, and workshops.
- Advise stakeholders on learning, adoption, and change strategies.
- Engage with business users to understand their needs and tailor learning solutions.
- Support mergers and acquisitions through onboarding and capability building.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and shared responsibility for technology adoption.
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering communication, training, learning, or capability-building initiatives that support change and technology adoption.
- Experience supporting organizational change, technology adoption, or user enablement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
- Strong presenter skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
- Experience working with digital workplace technologies, IT services, or related business applications.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a global organization and across cultural contexts is an advantage.
- A passion for bridging the gap between people and technology.
- Comfortable navigating both strategic discussions and hands-on delivery.
- Collaborative, proactive, and confident working with stakeholders at different levels.
- Good understanding of modern digital workplace technologies, Microsoft 365 and AI.
