- Completed, or expect to complete, an academic degree before March 2027.
- No more than one year of relevant work experience after graduation (excluding internships and working-student roles).
- Fluent in English.
- Available for the full-time program from its start date.
- Right to work in the country where the position is based or meet work-permit requirements.
