Seeking an experienced VMware Workspace ONE Engineer with 8-10 years of experience for a Technical Lead role in Noida, India. Responsibilities include architecture, implementation, security, and issue resolution for Workspace ONE platforms, managing device lifecycles across multiple OS, and integrating with identity solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical SME and escalation point for VMware Workspace ONE solutions.
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access environments.
  • Lead device lifecycle management across iOS, Android Enterprise, Windows 10/11, and macOS platforms.
  • Define and implement security, compliance, conditional access, and Zero Trust mobility strategies.
  • Lead Workspace ONE platform upgrades, migrations, optimizations, and modernization initiatives.
  • Drive integration with Azure AD (Entra ID), Active Directory, SSO, PKI, MFA, and enterprise security solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex MDM, application deployment, enrollment, and authentication issues.
  • Develop architecture documents, SOPs, runbooks, and operational standards.
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance across support teams.
  • Collaborate with clients, security teams, and infrastructure teams for solution design and governance.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and enterprise mobility governance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).
  • Extensive experience managing iOS/iPadOS, Android Enterprise, Windows 10/11 MDM, and macOS.
  • Strong expertise in Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, SSO & MFA, PKI & Certificate Management, Identity & Access Management.
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, Windows Autopilot, Application Packaging & Deployment, Workspace ONE Tunnel, AirWatch Architecture.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Preferred: PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Preferred: VMware Horizon administration.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Intune coexistence or migration projects.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Endpoint Security and Zero Trust architecture.
  • Preferred: ITIL Service Management practices.
  • Preferred: Experience handling large enterprise mobility environments (>10K devices).
  • Preferred Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP – Digital Workspace), VMware Workspace ONE Advanced Certifications, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure / Entra ID Certifications.
