Seeking a Track Manager with expertise in Wireless Engineering for Support & Operations in Noida, India. The role involves advanced troubleshooting of complex WLAN issues, RF optimization, and managing Cisco and Aruba wireless technologies, including controllers, access points, and security integrations like Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass.

Responsibilities

  • Act as L3 escalation point for wireless issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex WLAN performance issues.
  • Analyze wireless user experience and client behavior.
  • Optimize RF design and coverage.
  • Manage Cisco WLC 9800, Cisco Access Points, Wireless Assurance, Cisco Mobility Services.
  • Manage Aruba Central, Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba APs, AI Insights, AirWave.
  • Perform RF tuning and optimization, channel utilization analysis, coverage gap analysis, roaming optimization, and client density planning.
  • Administer Aruba Central sites, groups, templates, and firmware compliance.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and maintain Known Error Database for wireless stability.
  • Manage controller and AP firmware upgrades, and ArubaOS upgrades.
  • Integrate Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass for wireless security, 802.1X authentication, NAC, and policy enforcement.
  • Utilize DNAC APIs, Aruba Central APIs, and Python for network automation and reporting.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Wireless Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years supporting enterprise Cisco and Aruba WLAN environments.
  • Strong expertise in RF design and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in Cisco WLC 9800, Aruba Central, Aruba Controllers, RF Optimization, WLAN Design, Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Wireless Security, Wireless Analytics, Network Automation.
