This role manages complex LAN/WAN network operations, focusing on service improvement and client delivery. The Track Manager leads operations teams, implements process enhancements, and ensures SLAs are met. Key technologies include Cisco, Juniper, SDWAN, VoIP, MPLS, and VPN.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex network operations for large-scale LAN/WAN environments.
  • Drive continuous service improvement.
  • Ensure high standards in client service delivery.
  • Provide expert leadership to operations teams.
  • Implement innovative process enhancements.
  • Ensure achievement of operational SLAs and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS) certification required.
  • Expertise in Design Engineer, VoIP, converged and virtualized technologies.
  • Experience with MPLS, VoIP, VPN, SDWAN, and virtualized services.
  • Proficiency in LAN, WAN, WLAN, Managed IP PBX, WAN optimization, and basic Security.
  • Familiarity with SDWAN, VNS, WAN, (W)LAN, Wireless, IPT, and Optimization services.
  • Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, Aruba, Versa, Viptela, Red Hat.
  • CCIE or equivalent experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification is optional but valuable.
