As a Track Manager in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be responsible for managing IBM Websphere, Weblogic, and JBoss application servers. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in WebLogic Server, LCM activities, scripting, Java EE, Linux/Unix environments, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.

Responsibilities

Expertise in WebLogic Server (12c/14c).
Extensive involvement in deployment and Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities.
Experience with WebLogic scripting tools (WLST) for automation.
Strong knowledge of Java EE application servers and Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with Oracle RAC cluster databases.
Familiarity with LDAP, SSL configurations, and security policies.
Understanding of load balancing, clustering, and high-availability architecture.
Skilled in monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
Open to working 24x7 support and shift-based schedules for business-critical systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage increased technical situations & develop action plans.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
