As a Track Lead/Wintel SME (L3), you will be the primary escalation point for complex Windows Server OS, Failover Cluster, and Hyper-V/VMware issues. Your responsibilities include core service administration, managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file systems, overseeing patch management, and driving cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

Act as the final escalation point for complex Windows Server OS, Failover Cluster, and Hyper-V/VMware issues, leading root cause analysis (RCA) and mitigation plans.
Install, upgrade, and manage Windows Servers across multi-vendor physical hardware (HPE, Lenovo) and Cloud IaaS VMs.
Manage Active Directory infrastructures (OU, GPO, Forest/Domain configurations), DNS, DHCP, and Print Servers.
Configure and support DFS-N Namespaces and DFS-R replication alongside complex file/folder permissions and folder redirection.
Oversee and enforce enterprise Windows patch management using SCCM and hybrid deployment tools like Azure Arc.
Drive complex P2V/V2V migrations and on-premises transitions to Multi-Cloud IaaS environments.

Requirements

L3 Incident Escalation for Windows Server OS, Failover Cluster, and Hyper-V/VMware issues.
Root cause analysis (RCA) and mitigation plan development.
Core service administration including installation, upgrade, and management of Windows Servers.
Management of Active Directory infrastructures, DNS, DHCP, and Print Servers.
Configuration and support of DFS-N Namespaces and DFS-R replication.
Oversight of enterprise Windows patch management using SCCM and Azure Arc.
Experience with P2V/V2V migrations and cloud IaaS transitions.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with multi-vendor physical hardware (HPE, Lenovo).
Familiarity with hybrid deployment tools like Azure Arc.
