The Track Lead for Support & Operations is responsible for managing operational excellence, continuous improvement, and effective problem-solving. This role will leverage Terraform, AWS, and Python for automation, process development, and ensuring client SLAs are met.

Responsibilities

Enhance operational systems using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for management reporting and streamlining information flow.
Analyze client requirements and leverage AWS Services to meet and exceed client expectations in service delivery.
Lead and mentor the project team using Ansible and Python for automation, ensuring transparent communication and fostering collaboration.
Drive innovation by implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with Terraform to develop new processes.
Develop and implement solutions with AWS PaaS that align with customer needs and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
Strong knowledge of AWS Services and PaaS solutions.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible and scripting in Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills and operational management capabilities.

Desired Qualifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (Optional but Valuable)
Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional but Valuable)
