Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational lifecycle of centrally hosted security tools.
  • Serve as the business owner for enterprise-delivered security platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing agreements, and renewals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tool operations and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with product security, engineering, and business teams to establish scalable workflows.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting on service performance and platform health.
  • Ensure operational procedures and documentation are maintained for compliance.
  • Translate operational findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in cybersecurity operations, enterprise tool administration, IT service delivery, or product security tooling.
  • Experience supporting both SaaS and on-premises platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, service governance, process improvement, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operational problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise security platforms such as Black Duck and related software composition analysis solutions.
  • Knowledge of Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) processes, vulnerability management workflows, and security tool integrations.
  • Understanding of software supply chain security and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
