Responsibilities
- Lead the operational lifecycle of centrally hosted security tools.
- Serve as the business owner for enterprise-delivered security platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing agreements, and renewals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tool operations and user adoption.
- Collaborate with product security, engineering, and business teams to establish scalable workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting on service performance and platform health.
- Ensure operational procedures and documentation are maintained for compliance.
- Translate operational findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in cybersecurity operations, enterprise tool administration, IT service delivery, or product security tooling.
- Experience supporting both SaaS and on-premises platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, service governance, process improvement, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operational problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise security platforms such as Black Duck and related software composition analysis solutions.
- Knowledge of Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) processes, vulnerability management workflows, and security tool integrations.
- Understanding of software supply chain security and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
