We’re looking for a Test Engineer  to perform the Validation activities at Train level and  prepare the test procedures, prepare and perform the test execution and prepare the test reports. In addition, this person will actively participate to the management and readiness of the available instrumentation which is used on a regular basis during the testing phase of the different projects. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact

  • Executing activities given by the Train Validation Engineer (TVE)
  • Consolidating and Updating the Validation Planning
  • Consolidating the specification of tools and test means (climatic chamber, train, ...)
  • Tools & means procurement (design, purchase, reservation,) and management for transveral projects
  • Writing Train Type Test Procedures
  • Execute Type Test procedures
  • Writing Train Test Reports
  • Ensuring the timely issuing of the Validation proves (including proves of lower level systems and components) and consolidates Validation planning
  • Providing structured REX to feed costing activities, and to enrich the CV metier technical repository

What you bring

  • Master's Degree (Engineering, Physical Sciences or others).
  • Experience in railway sector (minimum 2 years).
  • Railway Systems Engineering Knowledge.
  • On field tests execution
  • Testing's Instrumentation use and management (acquisition devices, sensors, acquisition chain ...)
  • Spanish and Engish is mandatory
