Responsibilities
- Contribute advanced vibration diagnostic services.
- Support the dynamic team in rapid growth of vibration diagnostics services.
- Use genAI-tools for identifying drive train components for full automation of vibration diagnosis.
- Integrate automatic drive train components identification into analysis tools.
- Build out and be responsible for the internal quality system for vibration analysis services and lead generation.
- Support the global vibration expert team in continuously improving algorithms, tools and services.
- Aggregate feedback from users and the global vibration expert team to improve algorithms, tools and services.
- Support requests for reliability analyses by making use of vibration diagnosis collection.
Requirements
- General understanding of physics behind vibrational behavior of rotating equipment.
- Understanding and knowledge of typical signal processing for analyzing sound and vibrations.
- Affinity with programming in MATLAB and Python.
- Experience with / eager to learn using genAI-tools for data scraping.
- Some understanding of Microsoft Azure platforms.
- Good knowledge of English is a must.
- University degree in engineering with a passion for making the link between real life experimental data and advanced analysis techniques to directly contribute to service business.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with vibration measurement and analysis of rotating equipment is a surplus.
- Comfortable with expanding your network within the organization beyond your own team.
