Responsibilities
- Assemble single and multi-stage compressor major (core) units according to drawings and processes.
- Prepare components for completeness and quality.
- Prepare assembly location, ensuring alignment and cleanliness.
- Understand and implement procedures for packaging and assembly of core and main components.
- Perform test run preparations, including coupling alignment using laser equipment.
- Install compressor packages on test beds and connect necessary utilities.
- Manage and maintain equipment according to maintenance plans.
- Implement 5S for tool and work area management.
- Report quality deviations and provide non-conformity lists.
- Handle parts and materials using cranes or forklifts.
- Comply with discipline and safety rules.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Understanding of drawings, procedures, and instructions in English.
- More than 3 years of experience in assembly/test/commissioning of rotating equipment (compressors, diesel engines, pumps, or gear boxes) or similar machinery.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tasks (dimensional measurements, alignment, run-out measurements) and their documentation.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Fluency in Korean language.
- Willingness to occasionally work late shifts.
- Willingness to travel (domestic and abroad) up to 10% of working time, mainly for training.

- Certification for forklift and overhead crane operations.
