We are seeking a Technician in Oradea to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of products and support customers with technical knowledge. The role involves customer relationship management, resolving basic customer issues, and adhering to operational compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Speak to the most basic features/attributes of the product/service.
Provide basic product/service information.
Help to install equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.
Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.
Respond to basic customer issues, such as returns.
Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
Greet customers (on incoming calls or in store) and engage them in conversation to build rapport.
Ask the customer to identify which product or service they are interested in purchasing and how they intend to use it.
Work according to an assigned schedule.
Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Requirements

Upper Secondary School 3

Desired Qualifications

Typically requires relevant experience, completion of technical product training, and demonstration of high-level product and process knowledge of a technical nature.
