We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with over 10 years of experience in SAP EWM/WM, focusing on Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Warehouse Processes. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery.
- Support as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies.
- Gather specifications and deliver solutions based on understanding of a domain or technology.
- Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting and/or implementing SAP EWM/WM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EWM, including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, Physical Inventory, Warehouse Monitoring.
- Good understanding of SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, and SAP GTS.
- Experience in incident analysis, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and change request implementation.
- Experience in warehouse business process analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Fluent English.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with decentralized SAP EWM is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP WM, MM, PP, and LE modules is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP EWM configuration and understanding of SAP standard functionalities and enhancement concepts.
- ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and related SAP technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/DSDM or ITIL-based support environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to understand warehouse business processes from a customer perspective and translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural and globally distributed teams.
