Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project and sustenance delivery.
- Support as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies.
- Ensure a sufficient pool of skilled professionals through interviews, training, and mentorship.
- Gather specifications and deliver solutions based on domain or technology understanding.
- Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP TM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP TM, including Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Charge Management, Settlement, and Master Data.
- Good understanding of SAP TM integration with SAP EWM, SAP ERP/ECC, and SAP GTS.
- Experience in SAP TM configuration and standard customization.
- Experience in incident analysis, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate business requirements into SAP TM solutions.
- Experience supporting testing and production deployments.
- Understanding of SAP standard functionality and enhancement concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/ITIL support environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
