In short

In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage customer contracts through maintenance visits and on-site support, and coordinate with service and cross-functional teams. The position requires a B.E/B. Tech/Diploma/ITI or any degree with 0-2 years of experience in service and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the company's safety, health and environmental management regulations.
Manage customer contracts by performing preventative maintenance visits, documenting / delivering reports and providing on-site remedial support.
Ensure non-warranty replacement to customers for respective region on time.
Customer return valve Document tracking and ensure proper service and return to customer.
Co-ordination with Service Team and cross-functional teams for Service Activity.
Understanding and following safety requirements for equipment design, troubleshooting, and operation.
Ensuring proper shutdown service activity with documentation and feedback from Customer end.
Timely submission of service report and solutions provided to the customers.

Requirements

B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree
Ability to work in with minimum supervision
0-2 years experience in service
Must be able to lift to 3 Kilogram weight.
Must be able to distinguish colors
Experience in Solenoid valves handling, and Knowledge of field instrumentation pressure, Flow & Temperature.
Proficiency in Hindi and English language.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Willing to travel approximately 75% (within country and region).
