This role requires a Technical Specialist with extensive hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM, including configuring pay rules, work rules, and device setups. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a team-player attitude, and experience with Boomi interfaces and BIRT reports, along with troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project and sustenance delivery.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies to meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Train and develop team members to mitigate delivery risks.
  • Gather specifications and deliver solutions based on domain or technology understanding.
  • Review project deliverables.
  • Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on UKG Pro WFM Functional experience.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring Pay Rules, Work Rules, and all Building Blocks.
  • Hands-on experience in WDM/UDM and Device setups.
  • Experience in handling complex Pay Rule scenarios.
  • Good exposure to Boomi Interfaces and BIRT reports.
  • Experience troubleshooting interface issues.
  • Strong Communication and Team Player skills.
