We are seeking an experienced developer to build Diana, a shipment data transformation platform. The role involves developing transformation and routing logic in Apache Camel, managing a MongoDB data layer, and creating REST endpoints within a Quarkus and Java codebase running on GCP.

Responsibilities

  • Build transformation and routing logic in Apache Camel
  • Own the MongoDB data layer (storing and querying canonical JSON)
  • Develop REST endpoints
  • Work within a Quarkus and Java codebase running on GCP (GKE)

Requirements

  • 5+ years Java experience
  • 3+ years Apache Camel experience
  • 2+ years NoSQL experience (MongoDB preferred)
  • Strong Apache Camel skills
  • Solid Java skills
  • NoSQL experience (MongoDB preferred)
  • Comfortable with REST APIs

Desired Qualifications

  • Quarkus
  • GCP (GKE, MongoDB Atlas)
  • Enterprise integration patterns
  • Exposure to Scrum or Agile delivery
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
