Responsibilities
- Maximizing sales of oil-free air products to current and new customers through sales prospecting.
- Achieving sales targets in revenue, unit sales, customer share, and market coverage.
- Following up on customers and leads, preparing proposals, and presenting sales materials.
- Managing daily sales activities and developing action plans using the CRM tool.
- Collaborating with back office, service operations, and other sales teams.
- Supporting distributors and acting as a resource for oil-free air product lines.
- Updating job knowledge on products and sales/marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building, negotiation, and closing orders.
- Self-motivated for continuous learning and development.
- Experience in technical selling of industrial equipment, ideally compressed air equipment.
- Technical knowledge of products, technical education, or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license.

- Candidate ideally based in Eastern Ontario (Kingston, Brockville, Ottawa, Kanata, North York).
