Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Translate client and business requirements into actionable delivery plans and guide teams in developing and implementing solutions that meet expectations.
• Serve as the primary interface with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and sustained customer satisfaction.
• Implement and continuously refine project management processes, best practices, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Monitor project progress through defined metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and provide timely, accurate status and performance reports.
• Lead, motivate, and support cross functional delivery teams, ensuring clear accountability, effective collaboration, and timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage escalations proactively, resolving delivery, performance, and stakeholder issues to minimise impact on project outcomes.
• Support business growth by contributing to service expansion, solution discussions, and business development initiatives.
