HCLTech is seeking a Technical Lead with 4-5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant (Techno-Functional). The role focuses on LMS functional configuration and SAP CPI/Integration Architecture, requiring expertise in integrating LMS with other systems and managing APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Learning entities, global parameters, assignment profiles, and approval workflows.
  • Configure connectors, iContent server, and OCN Integration.
  • Design, develop, and monitor integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
  • Integrate SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central and third-party vendor platforms.
  • Utilize OData and SOAP APIs for data replication and payload transformations.
  • Handle SCORM & AICC, online learning standards, and user data migrations.
  • Conduct Unit Testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and fix post-go-live bugs.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience.
  • Mandatory: SAP SuccessFactors LMS functional configuration.
  • Mandatory: SAP CPI / Integration Suite iFlow design and monitoring.
  • Mandatory: SuccessFactors LMS integration with Employee Central and third-party platforms.
  • Mandatory: OData and SOAP API usage for data replication and payload transformation.
  • Mandatory: LMS connectors, assignment profiles, approval workflows, and global parameters.

Desired Qualifications

  • Good to have: SCORM, AICC, iContent server, and online content standards (Proficiency 3).
  • Good to have: Unit testing, UAT support, and post-go-live defect resolution (Proficiency 3).
