We are looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Developer with 4-8 years of IT experience to serve as a Technical Lead in Hyderabad. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and REFramework. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, implementing exception handling, integrating with various applications, and supporting the full automation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop attended and unattended automation solutions using UiPath Studio.
  • Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable workflows using REFramework.
  • Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator, including robots, processes, queues, assets, and schedules.
  • Implement robust exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging, transaction management, and recovery processes.
  • Develop Dispatcher and Performer workflows using Orchestrator Queues.
  • Integrate UiPath solutions with web applications, desktop applications, Excel, Outlook, databases, APIs, SAP, Citrix, and virtual environments.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
  • Support UAT, production deployment, hypercare, maintenance, and incident resolution.
  • Troubleshoot bot failures and perform root cause analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (Solution Design Documents, Process Design Documents, etc.).
  • Follow coding standards, security guidelines, version-control practices, and RPA governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, infrastructure teams, and support teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews.
  • Provide effort estimates, technical inputs, and regular status updates.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Robots, REFramework, Queues, Assets, Triggers, and Jobs.
  • Strong knowledge of attended and unattended automation, dispatcher and performer models, exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging, monitoring, and debugging.
  • Experience automating web and desktop applications, Excel and Outlook, PDF and document-based processes, Citrix or virtual applications, and SAP or ERP applications.
  • Working knowledge of VB.NET or C#.
  • Experience with SQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and database connectivity.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, SVN, or other version-control tools.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the complete RPA development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
