We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves data pipeline development, MLOps implementation, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and adhere to responsible AI principles.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions.
- Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems, and automation solutions.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and foundation models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality for model training and inference.
- Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and deployment practices.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Databricks, MLflow, or similar AI platforms.
- Familiarity with NLP, deep learning, and AI governance frameworks.
- Experience working in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
