As Team Leader, Supply Chain Planning, you will lead a team of Site Schedulers across HOCO in Holstebro and AKAFA in Aalborg, Denmark. Your role focuses on optimizing production schedules, managing inventory, and driving cross-functional alignment to enhance planning processes and operational efficiency. This hybrid role requires fluency in Danish and English, strong IT skills (SAP), and experience in people and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop planning teams to optimize production schedules, component and delivery planning with high service and cost efficiency across sites and the network.
- Link S&OP/E decisions to daily plans to ensure execution of corporate forecasts and market SLAs.
- Monitor KPIs, review planning procedures and drive waste reduction across site and supply chain.
- Maintain optimal stock levels of finished goods, ingredients and packaging to minimise working capital.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Site Directors, Production, Logistics, Demand Planning and Global Planning to secure stable operations and clear decision-making.
- Contribute to the continued development of planning processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring a more structured, scalable and future-fit setup across HOCO and AKAFA.
- Own performance management, including Delivery Accuracy, Waste, Plan Adherence and Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Manage risks and constraints, performing scenario planning and ensuring effective escalation and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
- Ideally 4–6 years of experience within planning.
- Experience in leading employees.
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong IT and ERP skills (particularly SAP).
