Team Leader-Marketing Project Management Office (PMO)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The overall role is to establish standardized processes for Marketing to operate seamlessly and to ensure that delivery timelines are done in a timely manner.
The individual needs to have excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, the individual should be self-motivated, fast learner, and needs to have the ability to think decisions and implement them independently/minimal oversight.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Ensure Marketing projects align with the Practice Area objectives
• Work closely on CRM and do frequent checks to ensure that client data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with intra team functions to ensure that projects meet their delivery timelines.
• Connect with PA leaders to understand their Marketing requirements and accordingly deliver
• Monitoring/tracking of each project and keeping the Line Manager updated
• Lead special projects as and when it comes, such as working on Annual Team Budgets
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel
• An approachable and problem-solving attitude
• Analytical skills to determine and forecast risks or determine strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
