Responsibilities
- Daily management of shift from a learning perspective
- Direct IB and OB functions
- Understand SJIs and follow SOP
- Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety
- Monitor PS queues, and raise Andon in case of any issues
- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
