Responsibilities

Expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel.
Manage people and performance.
Drive the operational plan.
Understand business issues and challenges of transportation operations.
Identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement.
Map business requirements, understand business processes, and study workflows.
Design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
Acquire knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply them to solve business problems.
Design, develop, pilot, and roll out enterprise-wide programs for performance improvement, cycle time improvement for returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, and identification of alternate delivery services.

Requirements

1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience with Excel.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
