Responsibilities

  • Expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel.
  • Manage people and performance.
  • Drive the operational plan.
  • Understand business issues and challenges in Transportation operations.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Map business requirements, understand business processes, and study workflows.
  • Design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
  • Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply them to solve business problems.
  • Design, develop, pilot, and roll out enterprise-wide programs for performance improvement, cycle time reduction, delivery experience enhancement, financial auditing, and identification of alternate delivery services.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.
