Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical professionals to develop, test, and implement Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure Tableau solutions meet business requirements and adhere to best practices in data visualization.
  • Optimize Tableau performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Design and develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data extraction and manipulation.
  • Manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights through Tableau visualizations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Tableau and SQL to recommend enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Server for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Experience in optimizing Tableau performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Knowledge of database management principles and experience in SQL database administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide valuable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

  • Tableau Desktop Certified Professional is preferred.
