As a Support Lead in Pune, Maharashtra, you will automate traffic draining, maintenance, patching, software deployment, validation, and recovery workflows. This role requires advanced Ansible, Python, and Linux scripting skills, along with experience in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and orchestration workflows.
Integrate proxy controls with patching, IPL/restart, and software-release processes.
Build pre-checks, post-checks, health validation, rollback, and manual fallback procedures.
Integrate automation with Jenkins and enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
Apply source control, testing, approval, promotion, access-control, and audit standards to automation.
Produce operational playbooks that BizOps can execute safely.

Requirements

Advanced Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform experience.
Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD orchestration.
Python and Linux scripting.
Infrastructure as Code, Git-based workflows, and API integration.
Experience automating high-risk production maintenance and recovery procedures.

Desired Qualifications

Network and application traffic-drain automation.
Policy-based access control and enterprise change-management integration.
Mission-critical infrastructure or transaction-processing environments.
