Microsoft is seeking a Supply Chain Program Management IC4 to drive end-to-end readiness for Spares NPI serviceability, manage BOM and FRU processes, and provide technical program guidance. Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end readiness for Spares NPI serviceability decisions by partnering with supply chain engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Manage and support BOM and FRU processes while leading key interfaces with adjacent functions.
  • Provide technical program guidance to cross-functional supply chain teams and stakeholders.
  • Represent Spares NPI workstreams in key phase reviews and global forums ensuring decision quality and alignment.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Enterprise Hardware Product Knowledge.

Benefits

  • USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year base pay range across the U.S. (higher for SF Bay Area/NYC).
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
