Responsibilities

  • Undertake business process improvement and/or automation projects.
  • Standardize and update commodity codes.
  • Analyze managed vs. unmanaged suppliers.
  • Update STAM (Supplier Tooling).
  • Develop surveys for site feedback on Supplier Business Reviews.
  • Identify Lean/improvement opportunities in processes.
  • Explore AI, PowerBI, and Power Automate for task solutions.
  • Develop work instructions and training tools for onboarding.
  • Assist with data analysis for supplier development and tensioning.
  • Train on Microsoft Automation suite, Copilot AI, and other required tools.
  • Support Commodity Managers and team members with various tasks.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Possess a problem-solving mindset, characterized by curiosity and logic.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with professionals across diverse roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach in team settings and the ability to work independently.

Desired Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field if supply chain coursework has been taken or a supply chain certification has been earned.
  • Class standing of sophomore or above.
  • Project Management experience.
