Responsibilities
- Plan and procure local and imported production components to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Release purchase orders to vendors based on daily production plans and monthly level plans.
- Conduct system and physical stock verification through cycle counts.
- Follow up with vendors for material shortages and visit them if necessary.
- Track rejections and take timely actions to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Actively participate in New Product Development projects.
- Coordinate with sourcing, quality control, stores, and manufacturing for timely actions related to production materials.
- Participate in the DN process and ensure effective implementation, including smooth phase-in and phase-out.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in purchase or supply chain.
- Knowledge of production planning and control.
- Good knowledge of computer applications, like MS Excel, MS Word, BPCS.

- Post-graduation in Management / Technology is a plus.
- Systematic and meticulous in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepared to work within a demanding production environment.
