We are looking for Device Associates to join the Relay TAQ team, focusing on regression test execution and quality assurance. This role involves coordinating with QA engineers, performing automated test executions, and providing floor support.
Responsibilities
- Execute P1 new tests in regression suite independently each release.
- Own End-to-End regression testing for one or more project components.
- Interact with QAE POCs and drive regression testing, coordinating with other DA's.
- Perform automated test executions in the pipeline, analyze failures and defects.
- Supervise automated test execution by L2 DA's and adopt automated tests in regression.
- Perform new test execution from the test plan for low complexity features with QAEs.
- Update testing status to QA stakeholders and communicate risks.
- Identify process gaps impacting testing deliverables and escalate to management.
- Provide floor support to L2 DA's.
Requirements
- 1+ years of game testing experience.
- BE, BTech, Master of Computer Applications (MCA), MSc Information Technology (IT) or equivalent graduate degree.
- Relevant experience of 1-2 years.
- Strong judgment and instincts.
- Ability to understand low complex code structures.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in basic/beginner level automation scripting.
- Ability to work in low complex Automation test failure fixes with POCs/QAE support.
