Atlas Copco is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to work onsite at their customer MOBIS in Savannah, GA. This role involves maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and optimizing torque tools and fastening equipment, as well as providing networking support within the customer's environment. The position reports to the Site Manager and is for the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with customer to promote Atlas Copco's torque tools and fastening solutions.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and performance checks on tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity challenges.
  • Conduct repairs, upgrades, and adjustments to enhance productivity and tool reliability.
  • Configure, connect, and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer’s network.
  • Ensure proper communication with data systems and reporting tools.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to read and comprehend schematics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
